I just built a computer with
Intel® Core™ i7-4770K Processor (8M Cache)

G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3

I randomly get a blue screen. It seems to happen when I plug in my net gear wireless adapter in and also has happened a few times during start-up. I notice freezes sometimes after I plug it in as well? Anyone help?

Solution
I had an issue similar anytime I would plug my phone into the USB3 port on my laptop. The USB 3 driver had to be deleted and a new one downloaded and installed.

Also, I take my netgear internet adapter out and it seems to run perfectly fine? I dot't get it. Could netgear be the issue? Never had problems till I started to use it.

Could be bad drivers from netgear leading to blue screens. The problem you have verto13, is that your getting seemingly random BSODs, that's very hard to track down. So we just have to start somewhere and start working through the options. Lets try uninstalling the wireless adapter first.
