I recently bought an AMD R9 280 (1000Mhz OC) 3GB GGDR5 Graphics Card, and I also own an AMD FX-4100 CPU, with 16GB DDR3 RAM.
I went to play the new Hardline Beta (BF), and I struggled to over 15FPS on Medium settings (I also tried High before that, I was getting around the same) I think, and know, that the hardware I have (as shown above) is good, and hopefully to the standard where I should be able to get a good game of battlefield on atleast Medium settings and atleast 50 frames.... but, this is not happening.
If anyone has any tips for me, or any further information that could assist me, or wish to go into more detail about my hardware, then please contact me.
Thanks.

From the parts you posted, the fx-4100 is the weakest link. However it is also possible that your power supply is not sufficient for the R9 280 or a variety of other things. Could you post your full build? Also have you updated the GPU drivers?

Okay. What more would you need in terms of the full build? And what power supply would be suitable for the 280X? And, Im pretty confident I have updated the drivers, but I will double check those.

Also, I think my power supply is enough. For the 280x, I think I need about 550W, and my Powercool 80 has about 750W... I think Im getting this right.... maybe not...
