R7 265X and Power Supply

Hello fellas,

Will R7 265x would be able to run without any risk on a 450w PSU or i should eye for 500w psu?

Not all PSUs are equal, and it depends on what CPU you have, and whether or not you are overclocking.

In some configurations, a good 450W would suffice.

No I won't be doing overclocking and my cpu is dual core E5300 2.60GHz.

Actual load power consumption is pretty low. As long as your PSU is functioning well and actually able to put out 450 W, you're fine.
