help me make a pc for minecraft

i want to play minecraft at 30-110 fps with shaders for less then 450$ and i now thats hard to do but i don't have alot of money if you have to you can bring it up to 500. I might do some 3D drawing stuff or what ever its called. thanks for helping

what fps would it get with seus shaders? and with a modpack like the crackpack?
