I successfully installed a wireless xbox360 controller for windows on my pc.
Now I bought a second xbox360 controller, but this one won´t sync (four leds keep flashing). This second controller is not especially for Windows. May that be the problem?

The problem is the Bluetooth adaptor for the PC is being used solely by the first controller. You'd need to get another Bluetooth adaptor to run the second controller.

Thank you. However, when I switch off the first controller, reinstall the driver software for the reveiver and then try to connect with the new controller, it still won't work. Also, I read that the receivers should support up to four controllers. Do you have any other suggestions?

Sorry I don't have any other info. I've heard that the receivers included with the xbox will support up to four controllers but I have heard that the adaptors used for PC will only support one (however that was for PS3 controller, maybe xbox controllers are different)

I found the solution to the problem: I had forgotten to push the little WIFI button which is on the rear side of the controller. Then it connected. Thank you for your help!

Well I didn't really help! :(

But I'm glad you got it working, Game On! ;)
