H80i Idle temps not good!

I have H80I installed in my case, and idle temps i get around 40-45 degrees. Just doing general browsing. Room temperature is good. Not too hot or cold. I have 2 fans as intakes and 3 fans as exhaust. My pump speed is about 2212rpm. Both fans are running at defult speed which is about 985rpm. What seems to be the issue as i have check and the cooler is sitting properly.

Im using an intel i7 3770 no overclock. I have corsair link. Dnt have access to a computer right now. Tommorw i am going to clean the paste with arctic cleaning kit and put some new paste which is arctic silver 5. I do remember when i had to remove the cpu cooler and then placed it in a bag for a day or 2 because 1 of the parts were faulty. So im going to put new paste and see the results. Will post an update
