GTX 780 Ti vs R9 290X for Gaming? & Need Help with Picking A Case.

What GPU is better for gaming? The GeForce GTX 780 Ti or the Radeon R9 290X? Money isn't a factor.

Also, I'm not sure what kind of case I need or if i can just get any case.

they both go hand in hand, games that are AMD optomized run better with the 290x, games that are optimized for nvidia, the 780ti does better.

but in games that have no preference or bias, the 780 usually edges out better performance by about 5 fps.


the r9 290x is cheaper though, so its your choice.

i tell ya what you can buy 2 of the R9 290x in about the same price of a GTX 780 TI

Try the NZXT Guardian Blaack SECC Steel Chassis ATX MID Tower Case but if youre going with 2 cards i recomend FULL Tower Cases
