Teredo Tunneling Pseudo interface

hello every one i need help and idea with this...
i am using windows 7 ultimate on midrange gaming pc but
when i check my pc...
mycomputer>properties>devicemanager
i saw " Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface" it has a yellow mark and when i openned it it says error code 10 device cannot start...

can you help me with this one?
how can i solve this... whats the use of it?? would it affect my pc and internet .. its speed etc if this not resolve or if it is not work and function well?
what should i do?
help me pls...

If you're already able to use the internet without issues, you can probably disable it safely. From my understanding it's a means to use IPv6 between two machines that are only connected through IPv4, something that just isn't common yet in the consumer market, and more common with servers trying to communicate from different data centers. (Someone correct me if I am wrong, please?)

TL;DR: You will be fine with it disabled.

how can i reinstall the driver? and what driver? i dont know this and use of this...
im just a heavy gamer and use my internet alone surfing... downloading... watching and even playing online... pls help me...

i saw some comments in google... youtube... they say just disable it....
is that a good way or move for this? cause i dont know exactly what is this and what made this on computer and how affect my net surfing... net gaming,downloading etc...
