Hi guys i'm building a really high end build and this is what I am chosing right now.
CPU: i7 4790K
RAM: 16 GB 2400 MHz Kingston HyperX Beast
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero
PSU: AX 860
SSD: 250 GB Samsung 840 EVO
HDD: 1 TB Western Digital Black
CPU cooler: Corsair Hydro H105
Case: Cooler Master HAF X
As the title says, I really can decide on which GPU I should get, i'm looking to play 1440p on next gen games. The only thing that is keeping me from buying the GTX 780 Ti is the 3 GB Vram, so if anybody have info on the 6 GB version please tell me.

Definitely the 780ti. 3gb of vram is more than enough for a one monitor set up with that resolution. SLI is going to bring in a number of potential issues not to mention you'd be saving a hundred bucks that could go towards other upgrades.

WatchDogs = 3GB VRAM on Ultra. Though probably due to horrible optimization :pfff:

unfortunately, that rules out many recent AAA games, there are very few that are PC exclusive (and have next get graphics). The fact is, if you want to play these games on ultra settings, they're going to consume a lot of Vram whether it's due to poor optimisation or not.

if your case is awesomely air cooled and your power supply can handle it, then gtx 770 way to go.

But if your case isn't great for air flow and/or your power supply cant handle two gtx 770's, then 780ti is the way to go.
I have sli gtx 770's and love them, but I already had one, and wasn't going to take the price cut trying to sell it used to get a 780ti.

The 4gb 770 vs the 3gb 780ti, its so close don't let that push you either way. If it were 4 vs 2 or 6 vs 3 or something, then maybe, but 3 vs 4gb, both are good enough.
