Hey guys. I was just about to purchase the gt70 2oc-065us which features a gtx 770m gpu and i7 4700mq processor. Before I buy it, however, I wanted to know how it would perform in terms of fps when maxing our crysis 3 (one of the most taxing games on the market). If someone could refer me to a benchmark site that uses a laptop with similar specs, it'll be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Crysis 3
2013
low 1024x768
115.3 119.9 ~ 118 fps Compare
med. 1366x768
66.4 73.4 ~ 70 fps Compare
high 1366x768
49.1 49.6 49.8 ~ 49 fps Compare
ultra 1920x1080
19.3 19.6 19.8 ~ 20 fps Compare

pretty much at max setting u get 20fps -- the game will be unplayable. sadly it seems games are becoming more taxing on the gpu nowadays. wish game creators could make nice visuals without the "heaviness"

Thanks for the response but I just don't get. What is the deal with laptop gpu's? They're so expensive and yet they don't even come close to matching their computer counterparts! Thanks for the info though. I guess I'll keep looking :)
