I'm looking to build a gaming computer that can play modern games on ultra and also handle stuff like CAD and rendering, with amazing value. As of now, it's a bit over my budget. Any suggestions?

I have about $1100 dollars to burn for my computer. What would the optimal build be for me?

Far better build for less money. Assumed you didn't need an OS. Still room for more storage space or different case etc. You didn't need the 4gb card your had unless you plan on running more than 2 monitors.
That build will destroy any current game on ultra no problems.

The GPU in the build i gave you is an NVIDIA card i would recommend it.
Even though the clockrate is technically higher on the AMD card, there is less processing power. The Intel chip is imperior to the amd chip.

I would say so yes. I have a AMD cpu for the same price and my friend has the exact i5 and it still outperforms my AMD. The price listed above is what I spent on my computer and it is almost the exact same build just a different PSU, CPU, and MB. This build is great for the money!

Why so old?WHY A Z77?
I also wouldn't recommend a Corsair PSU they die fast
I added a 780 for 30$+ if you don't want that you could just go with the 770

Thanks guys you're really helpful. Will joker's build be able to run stuff like crysis 3, cod ghosts, watch dogs, etc. at ultra settings? I'm looking to really maximize the value so it's an incredible build for the money. Thanks again.

Maybe not ultra with high fps but for sure high settings. Without a doubt this computer will make your games looking pretty sweet! Also if you really really want you could go for a i7 but you will be fine with the i5.
