Will these RAM sticks work with this Intel CPU?

Ram is all universal.
It looks however as though that CPU can only utilize 1333/1600 ram. So it will down-clock those 2133 sticks to 1600. Just grab some 1600s and save the money. And to be honest, you can't even see a difference between 1600 and 2133
