Msi is very good card no doubt! But i'd get asus,the asus is a very good brand tho i would get msi but this one asus comes with free watch dogs even though there won't be any fps difference.

All three are fine choices with good reputations. The coolers on all three are top-notch. Hard to give you a good reason to go with one or another, because they're all fine. I have MSI's GTX 770, zero complaints.
