Display Adapter isn't getting any resources.

I have windows XP Pro sp3
Dual booted with windows 7 (7 installed first) anyways i have a gateway NEseries Ne56r and i install the correct driver. and under display adapters it says : Intel(R) HD Graphics with a little (!) warning sign thing i double click the driver and click Resources and under Resource settings it says "This device isn't using any resources because it has a problem" i can't figure it out on the windows 7 side it works fine but on the xp side it don't. all my other drivers work fine i used Driver identifier and installed every option of downloads and nothing same thing. i really need help! any ideas email me:

BTW Yes i have uninstalled it and re-installed it.
