Hi everyone, I have 4 monitors that don't have a directlink output at all, but do have HDMI, etc. Here's my video card which will support 4 monitors and has directlink: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X 4GB
How can I connect all four without being able to directly use the directlink output? I am guessing there is an adapter which would be able to accomplish the job? I want to expand the screen across all 4 monitors. What adapter (or something else) would work best?

Thank you so much!

Solution
An adapter will only split the same monitor view, kind of like mirroring your monitor with a TV screen.
Your going to have to buy converters that will change the 2xDVIs and DP to your prefered HDMI. These can be found cheap anywhere online like ebay or at your local electronics store.
Check the box for your card, alot of cards will include a couple of converters for different ports.

Directlink doesn't refer to anything. You can use any 2 ports but any more monitors must be on dp so to have 4 you need a mst hub. If this isn't for eyefinity and is the pc you are talking about in your other thread, than you can use your igpu. You could also use usb adapters although be careful with some low performing ones.
