My motherboard Case fan setting have "Silent Mode" option , but when I use "Silent Mode" the fan will not move, only "slight" turn (maybe 1/360 degrees) , even when I am on gaming, it did not turn , when I back to windows , it show the CPU at 50C/ 122 F.

When When I choose other mode , it operate fine, just a bit noisy.

Is that normal ?

you are not overheating . Presumably the silent mode starts the fans at a temperature threshhold higher than 50 C .

CPU's are fine till 60 C and that may be your trigger point
