Best fans I can get?

Basically I'm looking fans that can the most quiet but also have the most airflow to date regardless of price.

In 'case'(hahaha) you are curious I have the Define R4 Arctic White by Fractal Design.
I need 4 140mm fans.
1 for the front, 2 for the top and 1 for the side panel.
I would prefer them without LEDs.

I agree with morgilroka, If you want quiet with some decent airflow, these are the fans you'd want, there cheap compared to noctuas and provide the same airflow and quietness as noctua NF A14PWN http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608044&cm_re=noctua-_-35-608-044-_-Product
