Question regarding SSD performance and games

I recently got an SSD and have windows and certain games on it. I also made it so that things like pictures, my documents, etc automatically go to my secondary Drive aka my HDD. I noticed that although Skyrim is installed on my SSD the "my games" folder with my saves and other things are in the "my documents" folder on my HDD. Am I still getting the benefit of SSD performance boosts for game load times despite the my games folder and saves being on the HDD?

Yes, the game files will load faster off the SSD.

    But:

The game may take a bit longer to save because of the My Games folder being on the HDD, but any reasonably new drive will be more than fast enough to save games, or load save points.
  2. Thanks :). Just what I wanted to hear.
