best gpu for diablo 3 in my pc.

I want to be able to run Diablo 3 on high settings or possibly max. currently i have to lower resolution and to use minimum settings to run the game lag free. i am planning on buying a new gpu to replace my current one, any suggestions?

my pc specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400
4GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
600 watts psu.
Gigabyte G41M-ES2L mobo

The one on the bottom, the R7 260X, performs a little bit better, but uses more power. Given that you have a 600W, I would choose the R7 260X. But...

You may also want to get a Core 2 Quad to replace that Core 2 Duo. That will definitetly help.
