Hey guys, I recently ordered this PC and will be building it soon:

What I currently have for it is the EVGA 780 dual classified. As you can see in the part list link, though, I am now considering the EVGA 780ti classified.

I was originally only going to using my TV (1080p 60 hz), so I was happy with the 780 and saving $200. I have now decided, however, that I will be getting a desk setup within the next few months. With that, I plan on getting a 1440p G sync monitor. Now that I'll have access to 1440p and higher refresh rates--I'm targeting ~90 FPS--would the $200 premium be worth it for me to upgrade from the 780 to the 780ti. I've seen all kind of benchmarks already, and I know the ti is a faster, better card; I'm really just interested in hearing some real world feedback from some of you.

Thanks!

Go for the 780 Ti, this is coming from experience. I have a 1440p monitor and a 780 Ti and even the Ti can struggle to get 90fps in some games (Crysis 3 and AC:BF w/PhysX) so definitely go for the 780 Ti if you're getting a 1440p monitor. Hope this helps :)
