Hey guys. I'm in kind of a dilemma. I want to get into pc gaming, but i dont know which way to go. I'm a young teenager, and i know desktops are more bang for your buck especially when you build it. The problem is high school is coming up in like a year so I'll need some system to do work on, and I'll be going over to my friends house and other places a lot. I really need your help because I want to have something i know it will last for years to come and not blow like $1500 on something i dislike (laptop or desktop). Thank You!

You pretty much answered your own question. The only way you're going to be able to take it to school and your friends is if you buy a laptop. Laptops are really quite good at gaming these days. I mean yeah they're not as good as desktops and you pay a bit more but they're still worth it IMO. People forget that the reason they cost so much more is because you're getting a monitor, keyboard, webcam, mouse AND the computer itself. I have a gaming PC and a gaming laptop and I love both :) Hope this helps.
