My router has a blinking green light for power, and my ethernet is no longer working. My wireless wasn't operating either, but somehow I managed to get it working again ... Anyways my step-dad was working near our router and modem and cut power to them somehow (he didnt just unplug them). This caused the router firmware to become corrputed as i understand, but i am having extreme difficulties getting the firmware that i need to download to re install it ? My router is a bell 2701 and i cannot find firmware anywhere ? I dont understand how to fix this mess and I need to finish my summative project for tonight. Please help !!
