should or can i overclock my pc its a gt 620 i5 2320 16 gb of ram 2 tb storage with windows 7 and 3.00 GHZ

You mean replace the gt 620 with the 650 -

It needs to fit in your case and it needs to have a big and good enough power supply

The spec for the Asus gtx 650 is 198mm long. Your case spec should give the max length vga card that will fit - or you will have to measure inside your case.

The gtx 650 needs a minimum 20A on a 12V rail and 400W in total. You will have to check if your power supply can do that its a good quality one per http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

If you CPU doesn't have the "K" after the name you cant overclock it (or its A LOT harder to do so anyway). Plus, your motherboard needs to support overclocking as well. Even if you could you would want proper cooling equipment for you CPU and not the default CPU fan.
