I'm "new" to pc gaming and i want to know if the sound is normal my specs are:
Evga 600b psu
Gtx 750 ti gpu
Amd a10 6700 cpu
Asus fa55-m motherboard

Does pc make a lot more noise than a console when gaming?
I tried to stop the cpu fan but it didn't made the noise less by much. I think is the hard drive, but it doesn't make weird sound just normal. Any ideas how can i make the noise less

Pc is more noisy. If you want to build a silent pc my recommendation :
1. Use a high end corsair PSU - they dont turn on the fan until it reaches more than 40% usage
2. Use a standard GPU - Don't use OC version or something like that those cards wil need extra cooling which means more noise
3. Use water cooling
4. Use SSD

Don't get a new power supply, just to have the fan start up at 40%+ load. Yours is fine.

Your GPU shouldnt make too much noise, your CPU fan would be the biggest noise maker.

If you want to replace the CPU cooler, something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Series-Performance-Liquid-Cooler/dp/B00A0HZMGA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1402977586&sr=8-1&keywords=h60 would be quieter, and will keep your processor much cooler during gaming.

Hard drives arent that loud, but if you feel that you want an SSD to make things faster and quieter, this could be a good option: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211719

But at least the rubber screws does help.
I'm using stock fans and they're silent enough.
And also try avoiding Gigabyte cards (at least they're amd cards) loud as hell.
I never use they're nvidia cards though
