New motherboard will I be able to install windows 7?

I'm upgrading to a new motherboard, and I think my old was was installed with an oem disk but I've reinstalled windows 7 various times without the oem disk just using a custom iso cd from microsoft website and the product key on the side of the case,

Would I be able to install just like that with a new motherboard?

Just to clarify I have read that OEM installs are bios bound, the product key on the side of my case will work fine even though the motherboard is completely different?
