i just switched on my pc today morning for playing some games but it showed nothing on the screen i just understand that by removing the cmos battery it will work fine and it did and after setting the bios i returned to main os (windows 8.1) and it wasent loading actually instead it was continue sly re starting my pc and i saw a bosd message twice which was like this ; ( WHEA_UNCORRECT_ABLE_ERROR
and it always re start it self and always shows this BOSD message so i returned to bios and changed my cpu core settings and set it to 4 core instead of 6 and now the computer was working very fine every where but i am afraid are my cpu cores are faulty specs are as follow:-

cpu:- AMD phenom II X6 1090t
psu:- corsair CX500
MB :- Asus M4A8TDM/EVO/USB3
RAM:- transcend 2X2
GPU:-Radeon R9 290X

so are my cpu Cores REALLY FAULTY ?

thats good and brand is also trusted so i will buy it right now and i was also looking for it THX...but its not over yet still have to test cpu with new psu i have ordered it i will receive it tomorrow positively

The CX series is a on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to PSUs, it's not ideal to have one in the system, especially since you have a fairly expensive system.

This would do much better, but it'll cost a bit more because it doesn't have the promo and what not, its not as expensive as the seasonic linked by unknown, but it's still a good unit.

Also, you should not be testing your CPU to see if works with the PSU, your concern should be whether your PSU can handle your system and actually provide longevity to the system and possible upgrades in the future if it comes down to it.
