My friend is currently on a craptop (A very cheap laptop), and would like to upgrade.
Now since gaming laptops are out of the question, I would like to build him a desktop.
The problem is, I have no idea what parts I should go with.
So I decided, I should ask the community for their opinions on what is the best hardware for the money.
I have this configuration: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JHZXYJ
And I would like to know if anyone of you could possibly lower the price?
Thank you in advance.

The psu has only one pcie connector which is enough for the r9 270,but if you want to upgrade that in time to something better get one with two of those like this budget model,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b1050...
or the next,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-hive...

If you really want a nice cooler on that cpu get this one,
