Pc not staying powered ON..

Pc not staying powered ON..

PSU Ok CMOS checked.
Reconnected everything..
Connected psu to wall switch.
Performed paper clip test with psu.


Problem: when i start my pc it powers on for some time. My mobos lights are lit.cpu fan is on. I can here beep sound.
And then it turns off. After that when I press power on button it wont turn on.

5 to 10 mins later samething happens.

What is the solution for this issue?

If you can get all the way into your OS before shutdown try installing some temperature sensing programs such as HWmonitor to see if everything is normal.

To be accurate 7 seconds after beep sound system shuts down....

I think something might be discharging or similar... but don't know what...

Regarding temperature i have reapplied heat sink gel to processor earlier while troubleshooting.

Did some experiments....
Took CMOS out for a night and reconnected in the morning...
Now it didn't even stay on for very long..phase led's on mobo just blink and fans spin for split seconds every time i press power button

Also when I remove RAM I here 12 beeps....
