Well, aside from you not being able to use that DDR2 memory in this PC everything else looks good. Get yourself an 8GB kit of 1600 Ram and you will be fine.

Yeah, swap the ddr2 for some ddr3 as the motherboard doesn't even support ddr2, and then that build looks perfect, and will be able to run everything you want it to for the next few years.

power supply is a bit OTT, Video card is a tad strange (a GTX 760 does not have a large enough memory bus for 4GB :D ) and there is the RAM problem. You could try this as an option:

256bit bus can support 2GB or 4GB. However, it's not worth getting 4GB as the 760 could not run enough detail to use that amount of Vram, unless SLI'd. I wold get a 2GB GTX770 or 3GB R9-280x instead.
