anyone have experience with psu XFX TS Series P1550SXXB9 550W?

For this psu, on newegg, a majority of the reviews say its good, but there are a large number of people that say it died like in a month or in a few months.
I'm scared of getting it because of those reviews.
If u have had this psu, how was it for you? how long did you use it? did you ever have any issues?

SeaSonic, the best PSU OEM currently, manufactures all of XFX's PSUs. So XFX PSUs are very reputable. But SeaSonic is not impervious to faults so either a production line didn't go as well or a single one out of several hundreds may not work as intended. In those cases, you have the warranty of the PSU so just notify them. :)

I had one that I used for a while, eventually replaced it with a modular seasonic unit when I upgraded some parts. It is a good PSU, like everything that is manufactured you may find a couple, even when it is a great part, that are DOA or go bad, it just happens. While there may have been a few failures, this is indeed a good PSU.
