GTX760 Power Limit Cuestion!

Hello guys!
I have a msi gtx 760 msi oc edition, and in msi afterburner the power limit never pass the 75%. Why never reach 100%?
i5 4570
2x4gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
Asus h87m-e
2x wd 500 blue
Antec vp500p

Is because the psu?

No does not appear to be a PSU issue, sounds like you're not challenging your 760 enough, are you playing new games on ultra settings? The reason I told you to overclock is because you will notice your power usage will go up. You should be focusing on GPU usage more than power, you never want your power hitting 100% usage, 75% means your card is stable card that has some room to OC.
