Looking for a THX-Certified, 7.1 Surround Sound Card

I am building an HTPC for around $2000. I'm looking for a sound card that is THX-Certified, and supports 7.1 surround sound. I found this one online - SOUND BLASTER X-FI TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL AUDIO PCI EXPRESS, and it's perfect, but it is not available anywhere.
Is there any other sound card like this available? (THX-certified, and supports 7.1 surround sound)

@mickypheonix: I live in India, but I have relatives in USA and Singapore, so there would not be any problem if it is available in these 3 countries. The one in the link you gave is 'Titanium Fatal1ty Professional,' which is not THX-Certified. The one i'm looking for is just 'Titanium Professional.'

@soullStream: I have a 7.1 channel speaker system, so i'm looking for full 7.1 channel outputs, with 'zero' distortion (achieved by THX-Certification).
