I just got a new PC and new monitor. The monitor is PHILIPS 243V LCD. Everything is fine while I surf the web or listen to music. But when I start playing games there are white/grey lines that are constantly moving, usually the top part of the monitor. Tried unpluggin and pluggin in again , but didnt help. Im using a vga cable, but there is a posibility to use DVI. Should I buy a DVI cable and try that?
Monitor has flashing lines while under load.

I have only one computer and one graphics card. Though I forgot to mention something. When I had my old monitor hooked up with my new PC it had the same problems. So probably its the graphics card. What should I do next?
