Which graphic card is feasible to run 4K on two screens (not mirror).

It is not for gaming but for office use

Hi..with current technology at 4k, HDMI will only support 30hz @4k. You will need DP to run native 4k@60hz.
Thus, you will need a motherboard with DP and another card with DP to run 2 4k screens for work.

The R9 295x2 has 4 display ports. Go with that.

Nothing else has 2 or more Display Ports.

For office work 30hz is enough no need to run 60hz. You should get R9 270 at least connect thru hdmi and dp
