Problem booting up Asrock 970 extreme4

when i boot up my computer it doesn't display anything there is a red led monitor down the right hand side of the mother board and it is just stuck on 19, i have tried removing the reset,etc from the front panel and nothing seem to fix this anyone have an solution?

Look in your manual, it's probably an error code

Alright i have fixed tihs problem i didnt insert the ram correctly, but no i have a code 99 which has to do with the PCI-E i am currently removing my gpu and putting it in a different slot...

so i have removed the pci-e and plugged it in again Asrock comes up in the right corner when i boot up then it disappears to a black screen would hitting cmos fix this problem?

Didnt help im really new to the whole computing industry
My build is
Amd FX 8120 8-core CPU
Amd 7770 GPU
4GB Ram Corsair
Asrock 970 extreme4

So - no case, no power supply, no OS?

1x4gb 1600 ram? EVGA GPU?

You are going to have t go through Tom's checklist. Get a friend to help if you think it's beyond you. Or take it to a pc shop.
