So, until recently I've changed back to my old motherboard and CS:GO worked perfectly well for a couple of days, but on Thursday this problem began to stirr, I had steady between 250-300fps which is not a neccessary amount but now, I'm playing with fps drops to 40-50 and maxing 120 fps on low with a 760.
I've checked my drivers
Re-installed the game, and verified the files through steam.
Re-installed steam too.

I do run other games without problems such as Arma 3.

It's shown in the last picture but the CPU is about 40 degrees and the gpu is about the same.

Alright, did you had a virus scan? Temperatures seems fine.

I've done a virus scan already (AVG) it was clean.

Usually the throttle occurs when the temperature reaches too high. The new smart technology CPUs lowers their frequency to prevent physical damage. Are you sure your temperature readings are correctly showing in the software? Have you tried different temperature monitoring software?

CPU load is OK
Temperatures are OK
Probably there is something wrong with the game or the windows itself. As you stated that every other game runs fine. The problem spontaneously popped up right? Have you asked for a helping hand on CS:GO's forum?

Yes, just recently a guy claimed that he have the same problem, so it's probably the game.. But anyways, thanks for your time and help :)
