Short answer - no.

Run the rig as is, with whatever overclock you may decide on, monitor your temps with a program like hardware monitor (HERE) and then reevaluate.

Unless your temps are extraordinarily high, air cool should be fine. Be sure you set your fans up to have positive pressure (more intake than exhaust) with good flow over the cpu/cooler and the gtx 760.
