I built a PC with Sapphire Radeon 7950 video. The screen has been flickering on and off so much that games become unplayable. My setup is through an Onkyo 616 Video Receiver. This works great with my PS3 and Apple TV, but appears to be a problem for the PC: when I plug the PC directly to the monitor without the Onkyo in the mix it works fine. Is there a setup I can change?
