Hello,

First I am aware of all the SLI issues and I know single card solution is always the better route. However I am on a budget. The game I am trying to play supports SLI this is even why I am considering it.

Would I get more performance going GTX 650 SLI (Not TI or Boost) or GTX 760.

The GTX 650 is $109 and the GTX 760 is $280.

What I want to know is the difference in performance and is it worth $171 to go with the single card solution.

I have searched high and low and could not find a solid answer. Also, I read that power consumption is higher but the GTX 650 has a 64w draw and the GTX 760 has a 170w draw which means GTX 650 SLI should be at 128w which is still less.

What do you guys think?

a gtx 760 is faster than 2 gtx 650 even if they run under best conditions in games supporting sli. only reason you'd go for the sli config is if you have already a 650 and are trying to get a few more fps instead of scrapping your old card and getting a brand new one.

and check your math, 2 gtx 650 are 220$ so in fact it's 60$ more for the single card config
