I want to change some parts in my PC like motherboard, CPU and PSU. Now, my pc specs are :
Intel core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 Ghz
RAM : 2x4 GB 1333Mhz
GPU : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 2gb OC edition
MotherBoard : not sure ._. I was told that i'll have to change it if I want a new CPU, so I bought a new one

Anyway, I've already bought a new Motherboard and a new CPU (Intel core i5-4670K and MSI z87-G41) and I'd like to know if my RAM and GPU are compatible with this new motherboard. + I'm not sure if my RAM really is 1333Mhz, but it says it's KVR1333D3N9/4G and I have two of those right now.

Solution
Technically, your ram should work, however that motherboard can support MUCH faster ram and I would recommend upgrading the ram if you have the budget for it. The graphics card will also work just fine with the new motherboard.

yes memory is compatible , also 2x4gb of ddr3 memory is good enough for gaming rig ...
but you might consider to get more powerfull video card to fully benefit from your cpu upgrade ...

edit: you are just fine with this ram ,
faster ram will give you almost none performance boost in games ...
check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWgzA2C61z4

faster memory makes sence only with powerfull integrated gpus or in workstation pc ...

Thank you ! I was actually going to get faster memory, but if it won't make a big difference in fps, I might get a better PSU (My current one is 450W). Is a 650W PSU enough for this system ?

Actually 1333 is about tops on your combo - what model your mobo is I don't know but do know with that CPU it's a socket 775 and very few socket 775 can carry faster than 1333...Further to run faster and 1333, say 1600, you'd have to raise the FSB of the mobo to 1600 which will OC the CPU and the entire mobo, which again could be a problem w/ an E4500, they don't OC all that well and run hot when they do...And one other thing, unless you are already OCing (and fairly high) your DRAM is probably only running 800 or maybe 1066 - as your CPU is native 800........so sorry but have no idea what was being said up above about you can run MUCH faster DRAM, but that was rather grossly exaggerated....don't think they know CPUs

Tradesman -

The OP has been edited so maybe you did not see the info about new MOBO/CPU.
