My 32 bit Windows 7 and Epson Stylus CX4800, can't look at ink levels anymore

I recently purchased Windows 7, 32 bit, and now I can't view the ink levels in my Epson Stylus CX4800. Please help.

did you download the drivers from Epson or use Windows build-in drivers?

The Combo package should include the software to show levels:
