Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask for your help in finding the correct fan controller that fits the requirements

I have a PC rig that was used for bitcoin mining before, which is why I bought fans with High CFM and consequently high noise level

Fan Types are:
6 pcs of sunon 120x120x25 (150 cfm, 54 dB, 12 Watts)
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/12944/fan-858/Sunon_120mm_x_25mm_Precision_Ball_Bearing_Fan_-1500_CFM_PMD1212PTB1-A.html

1pc of NMB Panaflo 80x80x15 (32.8 CFM, 34 dB, 2.76 W)
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/8257/fan-503/NMB_Panaflo_80mm_x_15mm_Fan_3106KL-04W-B50-C00.html

Current Fan controller configuration used:
Sentry Mesh - NZXT (5 channels, 30W per channel)
Channel 1: connected 1 sunon 120 fan
Channel 2: connected 1 sunon 120 fan
Channel 3: connected 2 sunon 120 fan
Channel 4: connected 1 sunon 120 fan and 1 NMB Panaflo 80 fan
Channel 5: connected 1 sunon 120 fan

For bitcoin mining purposes, i dont mind the noise the fan produces. Retiring from bitcoin mining, I am now using this rig for gaming. Unfortunately, the minimum setting for the fan controller (4.91volts) still makes my rig sounds like there is a small vacuum cleaner inside it.

So let me know your thoughts in finding the best fan controller choices that will enable me to run the fans at a very low noise level(either analog type-sliders or knobs, or digital type-touch screen ones). An automatic feature, to increase fan speed if temperature is high, is also welcomed.

Jon

I see, I was thinking of getting a new fan controller that can output voltages ranging from 0-5 volts..do you have any idea on these types of controllers?

You should worry about your fans first. If it is still too loud, you aren't using the right fans for your rig. Also, you can switch up your case to something more silence optimized. For silent case fans I would recommend Noctua and for a silent case you could grab a Fractal Design Define R4, which is in my opinion, one of the most silence optimized cases out there. So as you can see, it isn't so much about your controller as it might be upgrading your rig to some newer technology. By the way, can you list some specifications of your rig so that I might be able to reference?
