Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or Noctua NH-D14?

I have been thinking about buying Noctua NH-D14 or Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Which one is better and does the CM 212 EVO have thermal paste with it or do I have to buy it separately?

They both have good thermal past included , the Noctua NH-D14, is the better cooler by far.The EVO is a budget cooler , The D-14 is one of the best BIG-AIR coolers on the market.

Not loud at all quietest BIG AIR cooler on the market , I own it.
