this is the best for a mediocre gamer it can handle overclock upto 4.5 ghz and under full load can withstand it to 70 to 75' celcius temperatures
and also use this fan

use this fan to push air to the radiator and use the stock fan to pull air away from it this will give maximum performance
this all will cost around 50 euros but will give u a reliable solution

I myself am using the setup and find it pretty impressive
