The r7 250x is fine but you will struggle with that processor and RAM. On a 32-bit machine only 3gb of RAM will be recognised due to the 1gb of VRAM on your GPU (Only 4gb can be addressed in total in 32 bits). Also your processor is quite weak and will be bottlenecking your GPU (which could probably run games at 30+fps on medium or high with a better processor).

Overall, moving from a 32-bit to 64-bit isn't going to do a great deal. 1 extra gigabyte of ddr2 memory isn't going to make much difference. I'd suggest, if possible, you consider upgrading your CPU, Motherboard and RAM.

You face nothing wrong.Your pc is fine to play watch dogs on low settings..Upgrade your processor to a quad processor and just get the R9 series cards to play watch dogs @ultra.If not you have to play on low settings. And there will be no fps differences between 32 and 64 bits,..So just get one 64 bit os and install watch dogs ...HAPPY GAMING MATE
