If a case has a space for 240mm fan, does it always mean that the corsair h100i's radiator will fit and it will be compatible?

Mostly it should, but if it doesn't, who are you going to sue? :p

The radiator uses 240mm fan so if my case has, shouldn't it work?

A better way to know for sure is to

a) Create a thread asking "Corsair H00i and case xyz-nb3" - Does anyone have experience?

b) search for a specific review on your case that mentions that cooler

c) Call Corsair Tech support

d) trust their literature.

If you still need an answer,
I believe you need a little overhang for an H100i at either end as it is 275mm long. It's best to check the case manufacturer's documentation for radiator support.
Also a 240mm fan mount may not have the required holes to mount two 120mm fans to it.
