Ok, here is my problem :
After i turned on my PC only the BIOS menu was showing and nothing was happening even after restart.
Then i tried to reset my motherboard -- then it was continuously turning off and on without showing anything on my monitor.
Then i switched the slot of my RAM and disconnected my DVD --- then my PC booted.
I don't know what was the problem. Can anyone help?

My system : Motherboard: AS rock z68 gen 3
Ram: 4 gb 1333 CAS latency 9 9 9 9 24
PCI: MSI gtx 760 TF
Processor: core i 3 2100 2nd gen

Solution
it was probably looking for something in the boot order. BIOS.............. if you have floppy enabled disable it if you're not using one. also remove it from boot order........... order should be HD first/dvd-rom second unless you need to boot from it ( opsys install )........ then it would be first......... disable floppy........ leave fourth enable if option is there. save/reboot

as said...... loose wire could have been the problem./
