Ok, I have wireless connection on both my computer and my phone. When I do the speed test on both of them why are they so different. Phone: Ping 112 Download 8.63 Upload is 2.00. Now computer is Ping 55, download 22.43 upload 1.39. why are they so different and how do i get the upload on my computer higher if they are connected the same way and at the same time.

When using wireless connections, the results will constantly fluctuate, as it is an 'unreliable' connection, meaning there is no guarantee of any sort of speed. WiFi will receive a lot of interference from other electronics in the home, as well as from other wireless networks around you.
It will also vary per device, based on what sorts of things are running in the background that may be using the network connection, and this is likely what will bring down your upload speed.
