New build something is wrong

Hi,

I just build and LGA 775 for my paretns but when i hit the power button doesnt start up no pwer at all. All cable at the right position. Whats is wrong?

No sounds at all no smell burned when i tryed to power up. When I used the psu to another mobo a led was powered up but not parts to power up an run windows or something
