So i've recently installed Windows 7 in my friend's computer and it works fine but while in FULL screen game , during the game the computer switches to the desktop and this appears

It's a bit annoying anyway to prevent this from switching to desktop?It has happened 2 or 3 times..This friend of mine also mencioned that in when playing League of Legends in max settings this appears often but if he plays in Medium quality it doesn't appear at all....the version of driver is 337.90 his system is
